The school is a good school, but its true about the cancellation, i have called ad emailed and spoke to many different people amd they all tell me different policies and different things..meantime they continue to take money out of my bank acct and i dnt even attend these classes and we are talking not a little bit of it either and i i dnt get reimbursed either they just keep taking it out..talking about piss and upset..watch out with these schools..they are very sneaky in what they do..and the people they involve.
I teach in Hamilton 4year now this place has one of the best curriculum out line for kids, teens, and adults. I started as a student now moved up in rank ! Can't say enough good things about USA karate fitness of Hamilton . See you in class.
While the classes are good, beware their contract. Classes are pricey, triple what you'd probably pay for a monthly gym membership, but this isn't what I'm upset about. Upon first signing up I was told I had to buy their gloves for "insurance purposes", most other kickboxing places I've researched usually give you gloves for free or you can buy them for $20 or so not $65. Also, my gloves got destroyed by my dog so I came to a few classes without and was asked what happened I told the instructor I ordered some off amazon, but was told I wasn't allowed to use them and that I'd have to buy new ones. This irritated me.
The school has a fantastic martial arts program that reinforces discipline while having fun.

Second, when I first signed up I was told there was a 2 month cancellation notice, I specifically asked if you could still use up those two months and was told yes. In other words, like most gym memberships I know you have to give 30 days notice to cancel if you're doing month to month, and every experience I had you could use up that last month you paid for. When I canceled today, I was told something different that you have to pay two months worth of dues to cancel and you can't use that time. I feel like I was duped.
