As a member of this gym for over four years, I can tell you from personal experience how dedicated the coaches are to the success of all members. Newcomers and drop-ins are always welcome and we all truly enjoy coming to workout each day. CFJG has become more of a family to me than just a gym. I've been doing CrossFit for 5 years. I joined CrossFit Jungle Gym a little over 2 years ago. I couldn't ask for a better gym. The coaching staff is just amazing. They are able to work with any level of athlete and help them to reach their fullest potential. I have been going to CFJG for several years and so has my 7 year old grandson. We are able to work out together and create special memories that will last us a lifetime. CFJG has not only help me be a better version of my self but has also helped my grandson improve him self as well. My grandson's motor skills as well as his coordination has improved tremendously. He is more confident and enjoys to completing the different workouts with his grandmom and fellow crossfitters. I will recommend this program to everyone.
