First there's not enough of the right equipment for the amount of people. Second the male members never clean the machines. Third the maintenance on the machines are not up to par. Forth they have way to much cardio equipment. Good things the members are nice and there's a large selection of free weight.
Very rude and inconsiderate staff. They avoid taking ownership for their mistakes. I love gymming for an affordable price but I will go out of my way to avoid the lack of service from the personnel assigned to this location. This place is horribly staffed and managed and offer little to no customer service or recovery for mistakes that are their own. They do not listen to customers and offer weirdly off-balance math. Beware of hidden fees and little to no accountability for clerical errors on their side. Any place that intends to keep such imbeciles on staff deserves no customer base. Do yourself a favor and find a gym that inspires rather than one that blindly robs and refuses to refund collected dues that were charged in error.
Team 85 is better but cost to much and it feels empty. Also to many kids
Plant fitness suck. It's more hangout then a gym.
I love this place. The gym is always clean and the staff is very professional. I do the personal training 2-3 times per month, and it's always the best workout of my week. They have a whole section with things you wouldn't find in your average gym. Everyone is always very helpful and the membership is super reasonably priced. I'd recommend this gym to anyone looking to get a great workout on a low budget.
I was really happy when I join the gym and I was happy with the equipment. I use to $19.99 because I wanted to do the classes but they were never on time or cancel so I moved it down to 9.95. Now when it was time to cancel that was a headache. I called to cancel they told me I had to come to gym. I came in they told Stacy the manager wasn’t there so I could cancel. When I signed up with regular employee but when it came time to cancel only a manger can do that. I ask them when will she be there and they told they don’t know. I had to call multiple time to find out when she will be at the gym. When I got there she tried to talked to keeping the membership but at this point I was not interested. I just wanted to get out.
My observation of gyms
Retro is better but over crowded.
Clean, well kept. Friendly staff, and reasonable prices.
Ps. the owner/trainer doesn't wash his hands when he goes to the bathroom. Seen it multiple times. But him and his wife are nice people.
