Mark, the owner is flexible and very accomodating. The instructors are excellent and the atmosphere is very uplifting and an authentic yoga studio atmosphere. I love it!
Honor Yoga Hamilton’s location is in an ideal place just off of the highway and highly accessible to all Hamilton residents. The owners are great people and their staff is welcoming and as professional as I’ve seen. They do an awesome job with their scheduling in the sense that there are different things available for each person’s needs.
I love the atmosphere and the teachers. Each teacher seems to have their own style, which means a nice variety of poses and classes that never get boring.
I came in for a Roots beginner class on Saturday with the instructor Rachel and it was amazing! I originally wanted to try it out in order to lead a more stress-free life and Rachel made it such a comfortable and relaxing environment. I could follow all of the moves and nothing was overly challenging. It made me feel better knowing that I could successfully do many of the positions. I will highly recommend this to friends and family and will be back next time my schedule allows.
There is even a class geared toward working professionals that have a limited time during their lunch where they would like to meditate without breaking a sweat. Honor Yoga Hamilton does everything in their abilities to accommodate anyone’s needs in every sense from scheduling to different levels of membership. I have recommended them to many of my family, friends, and colleagues and I will continue to do so because everyone has had a tremendous experience.
Honor Yoga provides a wealth of classes geared towards all levels at all times of the day. I particularly like the Hot Power yoga because of the challenge it provides. I go every day so the variety keeps me from getting bored. The instructors are fantastic and help me to achieve new heights in my practice. Great studio in Hamilton.
