Great setup for people serious about weightlifting. There is a much bigger focus on freeweights than any other gym I've seen in the area. Very affordable as well.
members here typically drive dangerously through the White-Horse "Circle" disobeying all traffic laws and just being aggressive, impatient, and ignorant. many times i will see these lunatics speed insanely through the "circle" or even more obnoxiously, just pull right out on to 206, without looking or even slowing down slightly and force motorists into the left lane or worse, have to slam on the brakes due to the inconsiderable roid-head. ignorant, bulky jerks.
alls i know is peoples drivin' in and OUTTA dat parking lot are flippin' psychos!!!
Was Good till they take off the childcare very sad for mother like me that want loss weight. Alot of thing been change here ( its worse than before)
Decent gym. Would give 5 stars if they had more fitness classes.
