The employee there named Michelle made my decision to switch over to tmobile a living hell. I told her i want the cheapest prepaid service and tells me i have to pay $50 as a security fee and then sells me the on5 and tells me it's FREE. She never explained i was going to get charged $55 for the monthly bill. But i explained to her i want a cheap prepaid plan so why hustle to get more out of me? She is unorganized and a terrible listener. Tmobile has gotten $55 out of me and next month it'll be an additional $42 and whatever bs tax they charge from people. BEWARE of Michelle she's terrible at her job.
Not only that, Michelle M gave me a plan with 2G speed when I signed up for LTE unlimited. Instead of 100+Mbps LTE speed, my line is cap at 3-6Mbps.
I will not shop from this store ever again!

I went in with an older phone and they hooked me up with a new phone basically for free. They were super nice and patient. I'm really particular about what I like and how I setup my phone, but they didn't rush me at all. My phone is working great now. I could not be anymore pleased with how that whole thing went down.
This store overcharged me $60 for 3 SIM cards when is suppose to be $5ea. instead of $25 when activating new plan over the phone.
