I don't know if it's every Best Buy, I only go to the one closest to me. Every time I go there seems to be an issue. The issue that prompts me to post this review is a simple one. I ordered a movie from them for my son, the movie Hop.. it is advertised to come with a free "Sing" lunch box. I bought the movie because my son likes Sing so I figured he would get the movie with the lunch box.. I called the store and they stated my order was in, verbally, not recording.. recording said also but I made sure I spoke to someone. I go there and the woman says your order is in.. she gets it with no lunch box. I said it is supposed to come with a free Sing lunch box. She said we don't have any.. i said the whole reason for the purchase was the lunch box, she said we are out and not getting any in.. then proceeds to ask me if I still want the item.. of course not, I bought it for the box. This is the last purchase from Best Buy for me.. every time i buy something from there it's always an issue.

Very disappointed with best buy and geek squad. Bought and phone and needed it replaced due to manufacturing lcd problem. They sent me a gift card to buy a replacement phone, after saying they would just mail me a replacement phone. I purchased a 2 year warranty with the defective phone. I was told it could be transferred to the new phone. I've spent over 5 hours (in store and on the phone) with best buy and geek squad. Most of these hours was me being transferred back and forth to different departments. This phone is 6 months old and all the trouble I had to go through to get a replacement is still on going. I find this ridiculous
Went to return an (Un-open) Microsoft software. Was told it was non-returnable. Was never told this at time of check out, nothing on receipt, or from salesman that was helping us. Best Buy manager told us Best Buy only sell Microsoft software and to get our money back WE would have to contact Microsoft. NOTHING LIKE SAYING IT NOT OUR PROBLEM.. Best Buy I love shopping at your store but from now on I will be shopping with Amazon..!
