Wife has an iPhone with sprint. When there for service . Lady at front register was very rude. Looked up the phone # and stated they would not work on the phone because it was not insured. I stated we would pay for the repair. She then stated they don't fix iPhones and would have to send it out. She acted the whole time that we were bothering her. She was quite rude and I would not recommend that sprint store to anyone.
The employee who helped me was great
Excellent customer service. The manager is knowledgeable and friendly. Pleasure going to the store rather than calling customer service.
