Deserves no stars.Lol they make u sign agreement to be no more then fifteen minutes late but you sit and wait for Dr for an hour.
My child had been coming here for almost 10 years now. Dr. Charles Flores is the BEST, but everyone there will make you feel cared for and important. The physicians never rush you, they take their time. As a social worker who deals with multiple physicians on a daily basis, I can assure you, the reality is you will not find too many doctors that accept Medicaid and make you feel like you matter. Dr. Charles has been so amazing with my son... he is so easy to talk to and personable. He has taken time to also address things like too much video game playing, exercise, healthy foods and wearing a helmet.
I've always been satisfied with my son Noah Gonzalez doctor I never had a problem here with anyone The service is excellent the staff is polite My son is 14 he has been a patient since he was a baby .If I was still employed I would still bring him to PEDS BY NIGHT
We have waited 1-2 hours passsd our appointment almost every time. Decent place though. I like the separated "sick" and "well" waiting rooms although parents still go in the "well" room with their sick coughing children.

My experience here has always been terrible, the nurse in the front desk with rosacea is extremely disrespectful and not cooperative at all, she is the biggest problem. The rest of the staff is lazy and could careless of your well being. Don't come here there are better pediatrics in the area that will do a far better job then Day and Night.
I have had some issues with the front desk over the years, but overall things seem to have improved a bit recently and the skilled and nurturing doctors cancel out those concerns for me.
