3 of my children are patients here. We have been to many specialists & have had the best experiences here for ot, pt, audio screening, dev ped, counseling & more. Thank you children's specialized!!!
No stars at all the therapist kept trying to get rid of my 3 year old.. Also one session his father was told to take him home because he did not have his pecs book and it was never discussed to bring it every session. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was talked to as if I was stupid. Alexa and her supervisor are not there to help your child they could care less.... I will never take my child back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had the worst experience with this hospital. The therapist we were scheduled with was so dull and boring, and this is a children's hospital! In order to keep kids motivated, especially ones that may have attention disorders, you would think they would hire someone with more experience on how to deal with kids. On top of that, my employer offered a program that provides you with 6 free sessions, but they would not apply the code, and continued to bill me for my copays. I finally had to get the insurance company involved, and they had to get the state involved in order to resolve this issue. I left multiple messages through the billing department in order to find out what my remaining balance was, and I never heard back from them, and next thing I know I have a note from collections. This is absolutely horrendous customer service, and was a total waste of my time and my companies money! If your looking for a place with less than adequate doctors and poor customer service, this is the place for you.
This hospital phone service suck! I have been on the phone for four hours trying to make my son a appointment. Have not talk to anyone yet, do not want to leave a message. I cant get anyone on the phone what makes me think someone will call me back. Now i have to get in my car God no how far I have to go from home. Being that my son Doctor referred my son to be seen by this hospital. If someone told you to call this hospital its a wast of time. I tell you your best bet is to get there the best way you can no one is going to talk to you over the phone. I wright this because this is something my son needs to get done to have a better understand in what is going on with him.
God - don't try to leave a message. The place is awful at customer service and letting you leave a message. I know that a physician's practice is a lot more than that, but that's the basics. I can't stand having to call this place.
