Dick's is the Dickyest! Lots of products BUT high prices. Service is always outstanding and the staff is fairly knowledgeable.

As a loyal customer, I have NEVER EVER felt so disrespected in a store in my entire life. This individual, Dan, has ZERO customer service and ZERO respect. I have no tolerance for this lack of respect and no one should.

Being just several hundred feet away from BJs it's no wonder that the service at Dick's sucks. I arrive there on Cyber Monday after making my internet purchase for pickup. Upon entering I ask the cashier where customer service was, as I was picking up an internet purchase.... She just pointed in a random direction towards the back of the building and said I think it's over there. Not a single employee was able to walk me to what I needed, everyone just pointed. I get to the counter and there's nobody there. When I finally get someone, I'm told the order, two pieces of a single item, weren't pulled yet. I said okay, I asked could you confirm that you have the items in stock without taking the time to look the item up I was basically told I'm sure we have them you're probably get an email to pick them up tomorrow morning 30 minutes later I receive that email telling my items were ready for pickup after I had already driven home if he would have taken 2 minutes to see if the item was in stock I would have saved myself an hours round trip and travel and Fuel, and shopped in the store until I receive that email potentially.

Just got back a little while ago after seeing Steve the bike technician. He helped me out a few times already after putting together my bike and making some modifications. The brakes are always giving me trouble but he was able to make the adjustments needed and was very thorough. Thanks!

Im not one to complain, especially over something petty. But this was 110% worth complaining about. I waited on line for 30 minutes to clarify that the shoes I purchased were obviously advertised as buy one get one half off and was charged full price for both. The manager, Dan, looks at them and states "NO. They're both full price". I insisted he go check the fixture that states BOGO right abover the shoew. He said, " Fine, I'll check the fixture". 15 minutes roll by as i was waiting with the apologetic cashier. I sent someone to check if he found it, turns out he was moving kayaks around instead. I approached him and asked "sir, did you check?" He says with NO eye contact and pure attitude, "they're full price."
