I brought my papillon there today for a regular grooming. Last time I was there (August) I paid 40$. Today I was charged 58$ with no warning of the price increase when I made my appointment. I have no problem paying to have my dog taken care of, for he is part of our family. My problem is, I can understand a 5.. maybe even a 10$ increase in price with no warning, but an almost 20$ price increase should have been discussed at the time the appointment was made. I find this very unprofessional and will no longer be taking my pets there.
This is a wonderful place. Ignore the negative reviews, my dog is elderly and they take great care of her. She had a seizure once while there and they called me immediately and I got her to a vet. I highly recommend both of their locations.
My dogs have been going here for years. They especially love Debbie but everyone is so nice. When we say we are going for a hair cut they get so excited. When the dogs are finished they come out of their little rooms and they are dancing around and happy. They do an excellent job and always give the perfect haircut.
Our little Bella loved it here! Cant say enough how friendly everyone was. The tropical theme was just great as well as the hair cut and the price! Also if you need your nails done while you wait there is a nail salon right next door..
As always a wonderful spa day for my little Bella! I love it here! They are awesome with my fur babies! I cant say enough about how fantastic of a job they do!
