Horrible! First and LAST visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. Waiter wouldn't tell us what was on tap (asked him 4x). Instead pointed to a generic menu with beer descriptions, a list of bottles, and a message saying "ask your server what is available at your location". Dirty, over the top loud, bad service, and half empty at 6:30 on a Sunday night in the middle of football season. Brought garbage can to the tables to clear them and left the can there. Plastic utensils because they were out of clean forks and knives. Just an awful experience.
I'm absolutely Thankful with BWW. I was down there for vacation from Michigan. I Forgot my purse at this location and when i realized I was heading back to Michigan. I called them they where so kind and send my purse back to MI at no charge to me. An another then that Food was Great, Staff was Awesome. Thanks BWW
Very average. Tables outside we're comfortable but not clean. Food was nothing really to remember. Lots of options for your wings sauces. Beer selection was good but again nothing special. I would not be in a hurry to come back. Manager was nice. Seems to be good if you want to accommodate a larger party.
Waitress was great even tho she was busy and had a large table to tend to behind me. I ordered the boneless wings. They had a thick hard coating of breading on them and inside was like a mcdonalds chicken nugget. They were gross. I struggled to eat one and could barely chew thru the breading so I tried to peel off the hard barely sauced breading only to find chicken mcnugget inside. By then I was done. Not to mention they were barely warm. Maybe their regular wings are better because its real chicken but I chose to not eat anything there rather than risk another crappy meal. First and last time I ever go to a BWW.
Called ahead to ensure they had Cape May Coastal Evacuation beer on tap and was told yes, but got there and they didn't have it.. very disappointing!! Why lie to your customers?
