I use to be in the insurance business and I remember my former job saying they couldn't cancel an insurance policy unless they knew that car wasn't registered anymore.
I'm so glad that I had the chance to meet with the Pitt team. They were so courteous and friendly. I was paying over $300 a month for insurance and they got me a policy paying $144 a month and my accident showed up.
Wonderful experience , team really helped me on having the perfect insurance that fits my budget well and still had some extra money to spare on other necessities. Anyone looking to have some great insurance and be well taken care of, I highly recommend this place.

This is a wonderful insurance agency! If you take the time and effort you will understand the vagueness of some of the people that go in to the office, who demand with out comprehending some simple rules even an insurance agency has to follow. Having my first accident occur Darryl and his team helped me every step of the way with complete understanding. I do my taxes at the agency and I am fully aware of the process of my taxes being filed; no other agency has been this helpful and detailed. I appreciate all your help and guidance. Thanks so much!
Coverage is unfair, when you enable automatic payments you're also signing up for automatic renewal of the policy and they dont tell you this unless you ask about it, renewal rate raises without explanation. Also they make it so difficult to cancel you policy, you have to show proof of new insurance unless they will continue to change you, despite the information you tell them. If you junk your car, you have to show proof from the DMV that you turned in your licence plates. Good luck if you never returned your plates after a bad accident because you will have to cancel your credit card before they stop taking payments out. Also the big black dude that works the is easily angered and gets loud with customers, I witness him having a heated argument with a customer (African man, strong accent). He eventually told his staff that was originally discussing the policy changes to the customer to not say another word and just ignore that man even though the customer still had questions about his policy. He made that poor customer feel so humiliated, embarrassed and uncomfortable.
They are very unprofessional they never get back-to you you have to call on numerous amounts of time as a brokerage they say they do individual one on 1 they don't do-nothing you can I couldn't get a car remove from the policy for months they basically over charge you and rip you off. After many phone calls and still no response from mr. Pitt I received the correct answers from his licensed agent who helped resolve the issue so I am going to upgrade and give them three stars for being helpful not that the person at the front desk belongs there but besides that there okay
Not sure what others heard but the "big black guy" was laughing the entire time and was courteous to other customers in the office.
