I called the office to ask about the policy. I do this every year and every year, I get the same person..J. Bailey, who is quite belligerent in answering the questions. And every time I called, something is missing or not available..so they increased my rate. And this happens every year....even thought i told them nothing has changed. So i would say that if the industry is not a monopoly, I would definitely change.
