I went in to order a single specific cabinet that I already had information on. Waited well over 30 minutes for another customer to get done with the employee responsible for ordering cabinets. Eventually had to walk out as I had stood around for over 35 minutes while a minimum of two other employees literally did nothing. Only training one person to order cabinets is probably a poor business practice when money is literally walking out the door.
Treatment of Customer, poor delivery service, poor quality of furniture, Missing parts, directions, bad pieces, poorly designed furniture (unsafe) and headquarters reaction to complaints all failed to meet minimum expectations or anything I've seen in the industry for 30 plus years of buying home furnishings. Worst experience I've had shopping for furniture and with a company to date! Deliveries 5 hours late x 2. Mattresses lasted 3 months. told that I should go to the hardware store to get pieces that should have come with the furniture. They don't have any control over deliveries. Promise a lot deliver little. Shoppers beware. Most everything you can get somewhere else. I'd advise it...You've been warned.
They have a huge variety of furniture pieces, service customer sucks though. The guy just wants to chill on the couch and play with his phone. Customer service is 0.
Not even 1 star. This location gets a 0, if you are planning on purchasing here DONT! My boyfriend and I had the worst experience here. On Nov. 18th we went in to look at a mattress. The sales associate Olga quickly came to help and helped us find a mattress in our price rage. We told her we would come back black Friday with a truck. They ended up not having the mattress in store so we ordered. Come Wednesday when our mattress was suppose to be delivered we called at noon and they told us our MATTRESS was in store. So we proceded to get rid of our old mattress due to an allergy problem. Come to find out later that evening, Olga had ordered us a BED FRAME. Now we were all calm it was a mistake, but she proceeded to tell us WE WERE IN THE WRONG and it was OUR FAULT that the order was messed up. she told us we wanted to by the bed frame. Who goes and lays on any mattress to test out the bed frame??? She then told us that she would give us the floor mattress for the same price. We agreed since we didn't have a mattress. Then she turns around to tell us no and that we had to pay an extra $200! We left. slept on the floor/sofa, Called the district manager who DIDNT EVEN SEEM TO CARE! told us he would only knock off $100 off the sale price....ended up getting the floor mattress since we couldn't wait two more weeks. DON'T EVER GO HERE!
