I had a very good experience shopping at this Bob’s Furniture. The sales representative who helped me was named Jamie and she was so well spoken and kind. As soon as we walked in she offered to help and also gave us the space to walk around and feel free to look around. When we needed help she was quick to notice and came right away to help. I picked out a glass round table and she made me aware that there was an identical one further back in the store and I could compare to see which one I wanted. I fell in love with the second table I saw and bought both of them. She was quick to put a sold sign on them and continued to help us by showing us a beautiful sofa set. We took it as well and all at an amazing price. She was so helpful and knowledgeable in reference to the whole inventory. Would come again and also the manage Brian was so pleasant and helpful. Very great staff very professional, i would recommend this Bob’s to anyone!
I had Jamie Miller to assist me in finding queen bedding, dinning room set and a dresser. Her customer service is impeccable. She really knows her stuff. She really knows her way around the store in helping me achieve my price goal and actually helped me coordinate my home. She takes her time and doesn’t make you feel as if your just another person she trying to make commission off of. She’s truly an asset to your Corporation! I really enjoyed my experience at Bob’s today due to Jamie’s professionalism! I will be back again to purchase from there again.
My twin brother and I would like to thank Ms. Jamie for assisting us with our newest member, Alex (the sectional) purchase. With that said; she made our experience with Bob’s Discount Furniture a memorable one for sure. Her professionalism, beautiful personality and kind heart is definitely the reason to why there was no hesitation in sealing the deal. I highly recommend for ALL to step in and check it out for themselves because you WON’T regret it! We even had Mark, (another associate) who went the extra mile of helping us to our car with our new pillows. Thanks again! Great Customer Service! We have been to this location several times and today we had the best experience thus far. Jamie was our sales associate and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products. So I recommend anyone who is thinking of shopping at Bob's in Hamilton, please ask for Jamie.
Todd was absolutely amazing.. He went above and beyond today in making sure we were happy with our purchase.. We went in just browsing as it been our first time going in there and left with two nice pieces of bedroom furniture. He was so easy going, helpful and cool.. And to help like 3 other couples all while making sure everyone was happy.. When shopping at Bob's look for Todd.. Highly recommended we will be going again really soon.
