Went in to pick up a tux rental and was basically ignored. The guy who greeted me and got my bag walked away mid conversation when another customer walked in. That person wanted a suit and the guys there must clearly work on commission because he never said another word to me. I work on commission too so I get it, but it doesn't matter if I'm just picking up a rental and not getting a whole new wardrobe. A customer is a customer. There was another guy helping a different couple who saw that I was waiting awhile and offered to help. It was fairly obvious that he was newer (not his fault. We've all been there) but when the system had my order rung up incorrectly and he asked his manager for help. The guy's indifferent and aggressive response to him was "Figure it out." and he raced away back to the front to greet another commission customer, leaving the poor guy to juggle two customers and an uncooperative computer. Moral is if you need a suit, you'll have no problem getting help. If you need a rental, be prepared to be ignored and tasted poorly.
The suit that they promise wasn't ready in time for my wife funeral. They promised me that the can pull it off and they didn't . Do go there if you need something in a hurry ..buyer beware
Great service. Very busy, but still exceptional service when picking up tux for my son's prom.
