It's what you'd expect from a hot topic
This hot topic is a bit small and changes often but its right about the only place around you can get your merchandise from your bands and anime from. Although the staff is really energetic and helpfull, so if your a parent looking to buy your kid some stuff they are more than likely going to be of great service to you as most of the staff is into the same stuff as your teen or kid. Its pricey but for your kid or for you its totally worth it if you or they are devoted to their fandom!
Shannon the manager is amazing! She's super smart and very knowledgeable about current promotions, and is always eager to help the customers. She is literally an angel and a gift to the Hot Topic company.10/10 would recommend you go see her! She's also smoking hot
BAD, customer service. The manager was so stressed out that she couldnt even help me, employees claimed that management stressed HER OUT?!
