Sketchy Sketchy. dont know how this place has such good reviews. the one reviewer works there maybe the rest do too. this place used to be good but has become a nightmare. i left my car there for a check engine light and and out tail light. they called later once they discovered the check engine was due to a bad O2 sensor. i usually would do this kind of work myself but was very busy and thought at most it would cost me $100 so i decided to let them do it. by the end of the day i had a $350 bill for an O2 sensor and 2 hours to "trace the source" of my tail light problem even though i had told them it was just a bad grounding wire. to fix this just a 2foot length of wire needed to be attatched to the headlight connector and then bolted to the frame. they charged me $120 for a sensor that i could have bought for $40 and came up with some lame excuse about how it has a warranty even though it would for $40. this entire job could have been done in 20min by a 12yr old with a scanner, a piece of wire, and $40 but at J&M it costs $350. many friends have had similar experiences and worse. I will never be going back to J&M
