There is nothing bad to say about Hamilton Volkswagen. The general manager Mr Brodtman is the reason this is such a great dealership.
Honesty and this place don’t mix. Condescending, and disrespectful. This is about short and fat guy Pete and his boss with big ears. Liars Liars!! Slandered another honest dealer while taking advantage of a customer who bought the car at an EXTREMELY UNFAIR price. I had typed up detailed description of the affair, but there wasn't enough room in this review section, so I wrote this.
Honestly this is the worse dealer I’ve recently bought a pre own vehicle which I regret , I’ve been having nothing but trouble with the people that work there I have called the manger & he was rude when speaking to him. They tell you something and end up telling you something else later nothing but lies with them.
Since 1986 been dealing with them. 14+ VW's and a used Audi. No reason to go any where else. Superb operation. Service,PARTS,SALES. They do things correctly, promptly, first time, every time.
I went to inquire about a Tiguan and met a dealer here who explained a couple options for me and allowed me to test drive. I am comparing to a Chevy Equinox. One comment I made was that the equinox felt bigger than the Tiguan and he laughed at me and said wait here please. He then went over to his manager and proceeded to make fun of me because of this slight comment. He then came back and told me I could leave now, so he made me wait just to make fun of me. His office is on the right and the rearmost, I forgot his name but a little description might help. He’s white, fat, obscene, and completely misinformed of his job duties and responsibilities.
