The dealership exceeded our expectations in every way. The car was perfect and all preps were complete. They put brand new Yokohama tires at 26k miles and the car did not have a scratch on it. My son is thrilled.

I was going to purchase a car from another Mazda dealer (Rt 22) though the salesman was great, the manager was not. We saw him motion to another salesman to not come down on the price and he did the same with us. Felt like he was a real shyster. With that being said, we left the dealership not buying the car. I felt sorry for the salesman because I would have liked for him to get the sale.
A friend told us to go to Hamilton Mazda because the customer service was great and they negotiate. Well, they were right. Though we did not get a different price on the car than sales price (it was already a great deal) they gave us a $250 back storage screen. The salesman Brian Harris was great (not pushy, gave us time to talk about it, etc.) and his manager was just as personable - No BS like the first dealer we went too. Highly recommend the dealership.
