When you enter their establishment, they are so courteous and nice. Once you sign the agreement, they are wonderful for about a month. After your first appointment, the service begins to diminish. After your third appointment, they act like they are doing you a service. The worst customer service and the owner is no better. After problems with the manager, the owner did not have the courtesy to contact me. Beware of get them signed up and give me them horrible massages and no service afterwards. STAY AWAY!

I bought a massage package for my wife who happens to be a therapist. we usually don't write reviews we had to address this to other people. She was treated like a second class citizen at this location. Avoid at all cost. The manage is a hateful person and she don't want minority business. At least that is how I felt after being a member 2 days. By far, this is one of the worst customer service I experience and I am 48 years old. If I own a business, I wouldn't let someone hateful welcoming my client period. Top of every thing she said the therapist had no clue what she was doing.That is unacceptable.
