Have been going here for years. Always excellent service and fresh delicious food. Was skeptical when they changed the salad bar but they really hit a home run with all the new items.

I was so upset with this Ruby Tuesday experience. Came in with 3 adults and 3 kids and waited an atrocious amount of time considering it was a Wednesday evening, 1/2 full establishment, and we had kids...you should ALWAYS prioritize the food for those tables to get them in an out so unruly hungry kids don't ruin other customers experiences (thankfully our kids did not) . Food took so long to receive after receiving our kids food, the 3 adults sat starving with only the appetizer queso, which had a large portion of queso but they only give you enough chips to eat 1/8th of it, we asked for more chips...inevitably , and waited literally 15 minutes for them as the queso got cold and we waited on our two burgers and salad.... Before then the waitress lied to use two times first saying the cooks were making them, and then 5 minutes later she said the manager has to go in and cook a batch, when we received the chips 2 minutes later they were ice cold....... We we're infuriated, and she literally gave us like 2 cups worth of chips, so once again we were left hungry while waiting for our simplistic food. When it finally arrived the burgers we're so underdone it was disgusting, the ground beef was not flavored so that's all I tasted after each bite, not the delicious bacon or fresh vegetables, instead it was cheap, unflavored ground chuck. Had to send it back it was so disappointing even though we were starving. Gave no refill on our chips upon return and seeing that we still had to wait to eat, and did not comp the burgers after all our patience. Such a bad experience, $100 bill that I would have much rather spent at Buffalo Wild Wings, definitely won't be returning. Infuriating.
Stop here for lunch with 3 hungry children. Waiter was pleasant service was good food came out fast. Salad bar was clean and a good selection. Food was regular chain restaurant food.
I ordered Cajun ribeye steak medium. It came out well done and there was no Cajun seasoning. Server was nice.
