At first place was great shattered my IPhone 6 took it to them. They gave me a great price of 120! Three and half months down the road the screen started splitting the microphone didn't work so I took it back got a different "manager" who said they would out more adhesive on it and look at the microphone. Half hour later went to pick up my phone the screen was still split and they forgot to look at my microphone. So I took it back and said they couldn't do anything to it. I asked them to replace it they said they couldn't I was fine with that so o asked for a discount on a new screen and the "manager" told me a new screen was 140 and the could give me a discount price of 125!!!! So I said forget it, left and took my phone to apple and apple told me I broke the warranty but still only charged me 115ish to change the screen and made my phone like new again. Personally I will never even look at a phone cord or even think about using any kiosk if it's Apple take it back to Apple

Bad customer relationship, they didn't have my screen they put a different color on and said come back and they would put on the proper color but when I came back they wouldn't put the proper color screen on the phone

So my phone was cracked i went to get it fix in street talk guy was charging 140 at first it sounded ok i called another store and they were gonna charge 120 so i told the guy from street talk ill just go somewhere else he said no ill match the price then took my phone out of my hand even when i said no he began undoing the screws as i said no a second time then i just let him do the screen change it took 15 minutes after it was done the screen was dull not bright at all so i told him i dont like it could you change it back for me he began to get mad and said “you dont know what your talking about its a new screen” i told him i dont want it could you change it so he got mad and told me to step back so i do and then he said no i want you out so i backed up he changed it back to my old broken screen as i wanted him to but my screen was even more broken then when i gave it to him he change it in 5 minuets as he was upset and broke my phone even more as he was in a hurry to get me out then when he returned my phone he said “ go get out now i dont want you here”
