DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!! I used them for two weeks and my Mattress, box spring abd couch were soaking wet. The office manager never even called to apologiz after noumerous attempts to complain about the damaged furniture. When i opened the storage unit I could smell the mildew right away. It was obvious that the roof leaked all over my things. Two weeks and hundreds of dollars worth of damage. STORE AT YOUR OWN RISK

When we first rented from this place the lady Mikey said "oh we r like family here" welp this is how she treats family, she has charged us UNBELIEVABLE amounts of fees, cut our lock off once when we were a little late n said "they needed to take pictures of our stuff for auction" can they even legally do that??? Then we were only two weeks late n they denied us access to our storage n put a lock on it for being only two weeks late n they r closed on Sundays n Mondays so u can't even go to pay ur storage on those days because no one is there!! Anyway if this is how they treat "family" I don't wanna be any part of that family! So don't believe that crazy lady she is not as nice as she acts!!!!!
Mikey was friendly, professional, she went overboard to make sure I had everything I needed to get the job done!
