Descent for fast food.. Endless shrimp is well worth the money

Took a look at the review yesterday knowing I was going to this Red Lobster. Of concern was the service reviews but we went and well, those people knew what they were saying. Sat right away, server took drink order and an app and left. Some time later the app came with no plates on the table, never received water and did not even have our drinks yet. Then server came back with a story about the bartender not knowing she knew the alcohol was to be charged more so didnt bother to make the drink yet. (Drink was awful by the way). Got app plates with the salads? Server apologized that she was so busy running around (place was more then half empty). Note: on the way out we noted there was no one at the bar at all. The meals were served by someone else who I asked for a glass of wine. Server came a few minutes later to check on meal and said she was working on the wine. I asked for water and she brought just one glass (two of us eating). Don't get me wrong, server was very pleasant but seemed pre-occupied and only because I am in the business did I tip the 20%. Luckily the food was very good and worth wanting to go back but think we will sit at the bar next time.
Had issue manager handled properly. Need to have steady supply of biscuits. Always serve lobster drawn butter.
Your typical Red Lobster chain. Good biscuits. All-you-can-eat shrimp specials. Good sized bar. Lots of drinks to choose from.
