BUYERS BEWARE!! Especially if they claim to be representing you as "dual agents". They are not looking out for your best interest. In fact they are more into helping the seller since in the case of investors they are repeat business and profit. I was told lies from the very beginning. I moved into the house and found out that the septic was not operating and the certification was fake. The "certification" was seen be both the selling angel and my agent, both of whom work in the same office, and yet neither noticed that the company was not licensed. Not to mention that the "company" was just a guy that does landscaping and not a septic company at all. That's just one thing out of the many problems I had due to their deceptive practices. After noticing that they were working so hard protecting the seller I started to investigate why. I found that the sellers agent, also from Remax Mays Landing, has close family ties with the seller and they have also worked together on other occasions (repeat business). So like I said, don't use this office as a buyers agent and if they are the selling agency on a home you're looking to buy make sure to watch out for their lies.
