I was clearly informed of the price and policies, escorted to my unit. The place was spotless. Lights turned on as I walked to my unit. The staff assisted me in the move-in. A pleasant experience.
Super CLEAN, secure, & well run - you won't find a better facility for this price. All units are climate controlled and prices are competitive with the storage chains (think orange signage). Plus, their security is top notch - i came here in the evening on several occasions and never felt unsafe. I checked out multiple storage facilities in Hamilton before coming here (needed to stage my condo for sale and store extra items for 2 months). Upon seeing this facility, I booked immediately - it was a great experience and I will use them again whenever I need storage.
From day one my husband and I knew that our belongings would be safe and secure. The staff is absolutely wonderful!!!! The kindest people I have ever met. I recommend a AR&C self-storage to every single person I know that is looking for a storage facility.
