Buenos precios y muy amables
I have always been a jewelry girl and now I have found the perfect sales person Shauna at Helzberg Diamonds. I was looking for something small and ended up with something I would love at a price I could afford. Shauna was patient and pleasant to work with. She kept me laughing and enjoying myself. I'm looking forward to the up coming sale to treat myself and my Mom to something special she recommended. It's nice to meet an expert that is friendly and professional.
I went to Helzberg the day after I got engaged because my ring was little big. They told me about 2 weeks my ring would be ready. I called the other day and they told me it will be 2 months! Its only going from a 5.25 to a 5!! I am very disappointed. I defiantly recommend going somewhere else to avoid the kind of situation I am in now.
Went to this store on 3/12 to purchase a Journey Necklace for my wife's 30th Birthday in April. We walked around the store and a sales woman asked if we would like to see anything. We chose a Journey necklace out of the case and my wife tried it on. The woman told us the price on the necklace was $1,199.00. She also informed us that you could apply for a credit card and have no interest for 12 months. We decided to apply for the credit card and purchase the necklace. After waiting about 30 minutes for the credit card to get approved we went to the front to purchase the necklace. The sales woman then informed us the price with tax would be $2138.93. I questioned the price and she looked at us and was like "Eleven Hundred Ninety Nine + tax". I questioned again the amount of tax and the woman then showed us the price tag and said "One Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine" and stopped mid sentence knowing that all along she had given us the wrong price. Another woman tried to offer us $200 off the necklace, but at this point we were extremely disappointed, they didnt' even offer to cancel my credit card that they had me sign up for. Also what I found very unprofessional, as I was in the store a woman with a baby came up to the glass window in the front of the store and started to bang on the window to get my attention and asked me to inform the lady who gave us the wrong price that she was outside. Overall it was a very bizarre experience and I would never shop that this location or any other Helzberg location ever again. The sad part is that we really liked the necklace and probably would have paid the $1,999 price tag if that was what we were originally told the price was. We ended up going to another jeweler and spent close to that amount on a much better necklace. The level of disappointment in this location can not be justified in just this comment section alone.
