I dont even know if the machine was new or not because he took it off the floor and sold it to me with no box or packaging.
I was prepared to pay a $50 tune up fee for my Oreck. The manager opened up and replaced the belt for $4.95. It's as good as new. I will not only purchase another Oreck but I will purchase it here! Awesome; thanks!
Oct 2016, bought a floor scrubber for $299 and motor broke down one week in. Owner originally told me that I had a 30 day warranty and when I asked to have this scubber replaced, he said he would only refurbish it!
