I bought a top load washing machine from a very informative salesman.
I will never shop here again and urge others not to as well! I bought a pair of jeans and later discovered that they had a stain that looked like gum residue. I brought my return and was first told by one employee that I can make an even exchange. I wasted the time to find another pair that was the same price and I returned to the same register. Another employee was there and refused to accept the exchange. I then spoke to the manager and he refused as well. Not only was my time wasted, but my money was as well. Never again!
Don't even think about going to this store. Went there to parts department and they are closed on Thursdays and Sundays. When the lady behind the counter is there she is rude and pretty foul smelling. I don't know whats worse. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

Amateur night to say the least in the auto center. Went in for a 5 wheel rotation (Jeep) the service writer was lazy. His first response was, "why would you want to do that?" Well, full size spare, why not rotate it in? Next, from the writer was, "we just swap the fronts to the backs". I showed him how a proper 5 wheel rotation was done by just using google. He struggled to get it all down and communicate this with his tech. Ultimately, the wheels were rotated improperly and parts to my spare tire mount were missing. Piss poor to say the least. Now I see why they are going out of business.
Had home heating system installed,first day all work had to be removed due to faulty workmanship.Roof required major repair after three attempts to make penetration for exhaust.After one month system crashed.Thanksgiving day no heat,informed by telephone operator no techs working today.No wonder they are going bankrupt!!
