My recent call to the clerks office was surprisingly heart warming. I called her on a 3 way call to obtain info on my boyfriends case and she had called him by his old name which has been legally changed for religious and personal beliefs. When he corrected her she was very kind and respectful and made sure to call him by the correct name and was extremely helpful and just all around a nice person. She is the type of person we need in an office like that where ppl may be frustrated or devastated when calling trying to get information on such a big event in ones life (fed case). I don’t know she’ll ever see this nor do I even know her name. But if she does I want her to know how appreciated her demeanor was. Great job! We need more ppl like you!!!!!!
