My beloved (and cranky) 18 year old cat, Midnight, was respectfully cared for by the staff. I received a lovely solid box of his ashes with his name on it together with a lock and key. I sprinkled his ashes in small area of the garden, mixed together with fresh earth and planted Forget-Me-Nots, Lily-of-the-Valley and other perennials in his honor. A butterfly bush ensures that butterflies will forever visit his resting spot. Thank you Pet Meadow for such a classy farewell to my sweetheart - he was a good boy.
They were very sympathetic and professional. They came very quickly on a Sunday to pick my dog up and handled her with such compassion and care as she deserved. The front staff was also very helpful as I wasn't sure right away what I was able to do with her ashes and gave me time to really think about it and make the best decision. I'm happy to say she is back home in a beautiful urn engraved with her name and even a sweet little poem with a certificate they give as well. In a very hard time they made my experience of losing my first dog much easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone in a time of need with their lost loved one.
The pet breavement counselors were very sympathetic and understanding. The establishment is very clean and well managed. The great service makes a difficult process easier.
I can not thank Pet Meadows enough for the services they provided for my beloved Bambino. In this difficult time, they were so warm, caring and respectful for myself and my dog (who was more like my child.) Nora, Cindy and all the other staff that I interacted with were beyond professional and they seem like a family there that truly cares for their customers and their pets. Thank you again for everything. You went above and beyond to make this terrible time in my life a lot easier. ♡
Unfortunately we had to put our Biscuit to sleep at the age of 9. Our vet came to our home to do this. A gentleman from Pet Meadows came for my dog and was very sympathetic. Just received call to pick up my dog's print in plaster and it came out beautiful and was placed in a nice case with a card. Very nice people.
